Questions

Before you call

Is the roof inspection really free?

Yes. Duane comes out, gets on the roof and shows you what he finds, at no cost and with no obligation to hire us. If your roof does not need work, he will tell you that.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Royse City and work all over Rockwall County, including Rockwall, Fate, Heath and McLendon-Chisholm, plus Rowlett, Wylie, Sachse, Garland, Forney, Greenville and the rest of the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Will you help with my insurance claim?

Yes. We document storm damage with photos, walk you through filing, and Duane can meet your adjuster on the roof. You are responsible for your deductible; Texas law does not allow a roofer to waive or cover it.

Do I need a permit for a new roof?

In Royse City and Rockwall, yes: both cities require a permit for re-roofing. Other cities set their own rules. Either way, you should see the permit before work starts.

Do you do commercial roofing?

Yes. Total Pro does residential and commercial work. Call Duane to set up an inspection of the building.

How do I know if hail damaged my roof?

Usually you cannot tell from the ground. Dented gutters or vents and granules in the downspouts are good clues. The only way to know for sure is to have someone get on the roof, which is what the free inspection is for.
